We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Coordinator to help organize and support promotional events and customer-facing activities. This is a great opportunity for an organized, energetic individual who wants to develop practical event coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

* Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events * Help organize event materials, displays, supplies, and schedules * Welcome attendees and provide information about featured products or services * Help maintain an organized and professional event environment * Coordinate with team members to keep activities running smoothly * Communicate event details and updates to assigned team members * Collect customer and attendee feedback following events * Assist with day-of event needs and adjustments

Minimum requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent * Strong organizational and communication skills * Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in an active environment * Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus
