Must be available the entire work period of 11/22/26-2/28/27. Must agree to 40 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. OPENINGS: 4 **SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: **Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling. **JOB DUTIES: **Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Workers will perform agricultural duties associated with the care, handling, and tending of horses at the employer's ranch. Approximately 60% of work time will involve livestock care and animal husbandry, including feeding, watering, monitoring, handling, and caring for horses; cleaning stalls and livestock housing areas; removing manure; maintaining bedding; and performing routine animal husbandry activities. Approximately 30% of work time will involve maintaining and repairing existing horse stalls, gates, fencing, livestock enclosures, and agricultural facilities used for housing and caring for horses. The remaining 10% will involve installing fencing, gates, stalls, and minor agricultural structures directly supporting livestock operations. The primary function of the position is livestock care and animal husbandry. No specialized construction training, skilled carpentry, or operation of specialized construction equipment is required EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries. HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance. TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s). **WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: **Provided.
