Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Meet with motivated sellers, identify their goals, and guide them through the entire listing processFollow up consistently to nurture relationships and grow your listing pipelineProvide exceptional service that turns clients into raving fans and referral sourcesHost monthly open houses (we provide the leads)Keep your CRM and calendar updated so you’re always ready to serveParticipate in ongoing Academy Sales Training and weekly team meetings to stay sharp and energized Qualifications: • Has a real estate license • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Must be a Licensed Real Estate AgentFull-time availability and commitment to clients and careerStrong communicator with a client-first mindsetCoachable, goal-oriented, and excited to growPrevious sales or listing experience is a plusOrganized, tech-savvy, and always thinking one step aheadPositive attitude and a passion for helping people Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000+ commission based
