Midwest Medigap is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals who are passionate about helping others while building a rewarding career. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and enjoy building long-term client relationships.
As a Medicare Insurance Sales Agent, you'll educate Medicare-eligible clients, recommend coverage options based on their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. You'll receive comprehensive training, access to qualified appointments, and ongoing support to help you grow your business.

Conduct Medicare needs assessments with prospective clients.
Educate clients on Medicare coverage options.
Present personalized insurance solutions.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate client documentation and compliance standards.
Meet individual sales and performance goals.
