This client is looking for a skilled Structural steel fabricator with verifiable long-term welding experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepares, and maintains structural systems composed of various materialsConsults blueprints, work orders, schematics, or instructions to complete work based on specificationsUse Stick and FLUX welding on Structural steel components in every position.Gathers equipment and materials for the jobComplies with applicable safety regulations and best practices, including all OSHA regulationsMaintains records, including safety logs and inspection detailsAssists with training of new hiresPerforms other related duties as assignedExperience and Education NeededAbility to follow work orders.Ability to use a variety of tools, which may include blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailMinimum 3 years' experience required.Welding certification preferredPhysical DemandsVarying standing and sitting for extended periods of time throughout the day.Occasional lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.Exposure to varying environments including loud, hot, and smoke-filled areasWork EnvironmentInside industrial shopBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision PlansLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceLong-Term Disability InsuranceFSAPaid Time OffExpress Employment Professionals has a variety of job opportunities available.
