About the Role:
As a Weekend Receptionist , you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their families. This part-time position is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in their community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Weekend Receptionist will work weekend shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the reception desk, lobby, and hallways
Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service
Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time) will also be responsible for performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time) must be available to work weekend shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
